India’s SIF market reached ₹38,224 crore in AUM as of 30 September 2026, rising ₹7,049 crore in a month. Here’s how the 17 SIF platforms compare by AUM and market share.
The Specialized Investment Fund (SIF) segment recorded a strong increase in assets during September 2026. Total SIF assets under management (AUM) stood at ₹38,224 crore as of 30 September 2026, compared with ₹31,175 crore in August.
That represents an increase of ₹7,049 crore, or 22.6%, in a single month.
The latest AMC-wise data also shows that SIF assets remain concentrated among a few leading platforms. The top five AMCs together accounted for ₹31,720 crore, or 83.0% of total SIF AUM.
With 17 AMCs now represented in the SIF segment, the September data provides a useful snapshot of the relative size of each platform.

Altiva Leads the SIF AUM Landscape
Edelweiss Mutual Fund's Altiva was the largest SIF platform in the September 2026 data.
Altiva recorded ₹13,221 crore in AUM, giving it a 34.6% share of the total SIF market.
It was followed by iSIF from ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, with ₹6,135 crore and a 16.1% share.
SBI Mutual Fund's Magnum ranked third with ₹5,587 crore, followed by Quant Mutual Fund's QSIF at ₹3,783 crore and Kotak Mutual Fund's Infinity at ₹2,994 crore.

The Top 5 Hold 83% of Total SIF AUM
One of the clearest trends in the September data is the concentration of assets among the five largest platforms.
Altiva, iSIF, Magnum, QSIF and Infinity together had ₹31,720 crore in AUM.
That represents 83.0% of the total ₹38,224 crore SIF AUM.
The remaining 12 platforms collectively accounted for ₹6,504 crore, or 17.0%.

A Wide Gap Between the Largest and Smaller Platforms
The AUM distribution shows a substantial difference between the largest SIF platforms and those lower down the list.
After the top five, RedHex from HSBC Mutual Fund ranked sixth with ₹1,521 crore.
It was followed by:

- Titanium — Tata Mutual Fund: ₹879 Cr
- Apex — Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund: ₹734 Cr
At the other end of the table, eight platforms had AUM below ₹500 crore.
