  2. Regulation: SIFs are regulated by SEBI. SIF360 itself is not a SEBI-registered intermediary for SIFs. Our role is limited to providing information and facilitating investor discovery.
  3. Investor Responsibility: Users are responsible for making their own investment decisions. Please consult your financial advisor before investing. Minimum eligibility and investment limits for SIFs apply as per SEBI regulations.
  4. Data Usage: By using SIF360, you consent to our collection and use of your data as per our Privacy Policy. You also agree to be contacted via phone, email, or SMS for updates.
  5. Limitation of Liability: While we strive for accuracy, SIF360 does not take responsibility for errors, omissions, or changes in AMC product details. Please refer to the official AMC scheme documents for final information.
  6. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Delhi.
