Investment strategy

The fund follows a long–short equity strategy that combines long-term capital appreciation with disciplined risk management. It invests in fundamentally strong companies on the long side, while using short positions through derivatives to hedge market risks and cushion portfolio volatility. The allocation between long and short exposures is dynamic, enabling the portfolio to capitalize on positive market trends while limiting drawdowns during uncertain or declining phases. The approach is designed to deliver consistent, risk-adjusted returns across market cycles, ensuring equity-linked growth with improved downside protection compared to traditional long-only equity strategies. Subscription : Investors can subscribe on all business days. Applications with funds received before 3:00 PM get same-day NAV; after 3:00 PM get next business day NAV. Minimum investment during NFO is ₹10 lakh (PAN-level); once this threshold is met, additional purchases can be made from ₹25,000 onwards. Redemptions are allowed on all business days. Requests placed before 3:00 PM get same-day NAV; after 3:00 PM get next business day NAV. There is no lock-in, but an exit load of 0.50% applies if redeemed within 6 months; no exit load after 6 months, subject to maintaining the ₹10 lakh PAN-level holding requirement.
